Harvinderjit Bhatia

With nearly 30 years of rich corporate experience, Harvinder (friends call him Harry) co-founded Radiowalla Network in 2010 with Anil Srivatsa that introduced the concept of creating innovative Internet based, customized in-store radio and analytic solutions for retail outlets, corporate and educational Institutes in India. Today, Radiowalla has over 300 retail clients across 13,000+ locations in India, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Bahrain and Oman.

Till 2016, he was the CFO and Director of Netmagic Solutions, a subsidiary of NTT Communications, Japan. Prior to Netmagic, he was the CFO of companies like Digicable Network, Brand Marketing (which brought brands like Gucci, Bottega, Jimmy Choo, Calvin Klein, FCUK etc. to India) and was the CFO and a founder team member of India’s cult FM brand Radio Mirchi. He lead managed the IPO of Radio Mirchi in 2006 on the NSE and BSE. He started his career with a consultancy firm before he joined Seagram India in 1994.

He is Chairman of a CXO Angel Network - VINners (Value Investors Network), having over 25 Senior CXO’s as Members. Some of the leading Members are Mr. Pankaj Thakar, Mr. Rajat Jain, Mr. Farokh Balsara (National Leader EY), Mr. Gaurav Gupta, CEO – Adani Capital, Mr. P D Singh, MD – J P Morgan, Mr. Sunil Lulla, Group CEO – Balaji Films, Mr. Anil Jayaraj – Exec VP – Star Sports, Mr. Sanjeev Churiwal – CFO Diageo and Chairman RCB, Mr. Neeraj Jain, CFO – J&J Mediacal Devices, Mr. Gunjan Srivastava – MD – Asia Pac – Bosch & Siemens and many more. VINners have invested in various Start-ups ranging from IoT, Health care, Fintech, Data Analytics to a Student engagement platform.

He is an active Charter member of the Mumbai Chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and takes interest in advising and mentoring startups. He is a member of various CFO forums, having network and interaction with over 200 Senior CFO’s on a regular basis at various forums.

An Alumni of Columbia Business School, New York (EPM 2014-15), Harry is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive Masters in International Trade from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Harry is a commerce graduate from Delhi University. He has won several awards during the course of his illustrious career.
