Ajay is a UDCT and IIFT Alum, is an entrepreneurial business leader with 29 years of experience in Start-Up company creation, General management, M&A, P&L management, Retail, Banking & Consumer good MNCs. He co-founded Hansa Cequity 13 years ago, and it has grown to over 800 employees and has a deep focus on Social, Mobile, Analytics & Cloud (SMAC). Earlier experience includes CMO, HDFC Bank and Shoppers Stop.

Now, an active angel investor and startup mentor, Ajay is experienced in driving change, coaching people, building processes, and driving performance. Deep exposure to creating a new company & taking it to profitability. A lot of experience in working with people & coaching them to become more impactful & to take on new role.
