Aniljit is an entrepreneurial business leader who has experience in turning around businesses, driving growth and building organisations. He has held senior roles in telecom, consumer and healthcare domains. He combines strategic insight with strong execution, and has been responsible for turning around a consumer healthcare brand (VP J&J), reengineering business for a cellular company in the western region, and a turning around a mobile operation in Srilanka (Director Millicom), building it into the second largest business. He has been a pioneer marketer (VP Airtel), who launched one of the first prepay cellular brands in the country. Aniljit built his marketing acumen in companies like Cadbury-Schweppes, Ciba Geigy and Benckiser, across different categories of oral care, foods, and cosmetics. He has worked in different life stages of a company, both local and international, and with a wide range of cultures in Asia and Africa, allowing him to adapt his approach suitably.
In 2014 he took a plunge into start-ups, collaborating and consulting with entrepreneurs in a digital education venture. He is passionate about helping businesses succeed and while enjoying mentoring, and coaching.
